Residential Renters: $200.00
Utility bills include water, sewer and garbage. They are due when you receive them, (first of the month) and are late after 3:30 p.m. on the
20th. A $15.00 late fee will be added and you are subject to be disconnected anytime after the 20th for unpaid bills. A $25.00 fee will be required for reconnection.
Water: First 3000 gallons -$7.21
Each addl 1000 gallons – $2.21 per 1000
Sewer: First 3000 gallons $15.92 + 3.80 per thousand
Each addl 1000 gallons – $2.86 per 1000
Residential Garbage:$21.50 Pick up is on Tuesdays.
Commercial: Rate varies according to cart/dumpster.
Commercial carts: Pick up is on Tuesdays
Commercial front loads: (1x weekly) is on Thursdays.
Commercial front loads: (2x weekly) is on Mondays and Thursdays.
Yard trash pick up is on Tuesday. This service is for residential customers only. Ask Town Hall about specifications.
TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS
Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. If you would like to address the council you need to be on the agenda. Please contact the Clerk’s office no later than noon on the Friday before the meeting to be placed on the agenda.Branford

The Suwannee County Tax Collector comes to Branford on the first and third Tuesday of each month as a service to south Suwannee County. They are available from 7:00 a.m – 3:00 p.m. (closed 12:00 – 1:00 for lunch) to help with tags, titles, taxes and other services on these days. They are located at 606 NW Suwannee Ave, next door to the Town Hall.
If you would like to hold a yard/garage sale you must have a permit to do so. You will need to purchase a $5.00 permit at the Town Hall. You can also pick-up a copy of the ordinance pertaining to yard sales.
Before digging or doing any changes to your home, business or property, (including portable buildings) please contact Town Hall. We do have ordinances and codes that MUST be followed.

RECYCLING – (386) – 935 – 1146
At this time, the town only recycles newspapers. There is a dumpster behind the Town Hall for your convenience.
Even though it sits outside the town limits, the Oak Grove Cemetery located at 27092 77th rd is owned by the town. If you are interested in purchasing lots you can come to the town hall for assistance.
Prices are as follows:
$300.00 – town of Branford residence
$600.00 – Suwannee county residence
$1500.00 – out of county residence
Proof of residence is required.
Branford is a golf cart community. However, there are rules and specifications that have to be abided by. Stop by Town Hall for a copy of the golf cart ordinance before driving a cart in town.
Branford has three parks for your enjoyment.
Hatch Family Park – 503 SE Craven St.
Hatch Park features two playgrounds, ball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball courts, a skatepark, a fitness pad, a walking
track and pavilions. There is also a community center at Hatch Park for rental purposes. Contact Town Hall for rental information.
Jenkins Park – 902 NW 1st St.
Jenkins Park features a playground, a pavilion and basketball courts.
Ivey Memorial Park – 614 SE Ivey Memorial Park Dr.
Ivey Memorial Park sits on the bank of the beautiful Suwannee River and also the Branford Springs. The park features two boat ramps, a
floating dock, covered picnic tables, grills and a pavilion.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED AT ANY PARK.
