The Town of Branford is a quaint town nestled on the Suwannee River. Come for a visit and enjoy our abundance of fresh water springs and and small town charm.
Suwannee County Tax Collector
The Suwannee County Tax Collector is in Branford (at 606 NW Suwannee Ave, county office next to town hall) twice a month to assist with tags, titles and taxes. Their hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (closed 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch) on the first and third Tuesdays of every month. You may get your tag renewed but you will need to go to the Live Oak office to get your drivers license.The mobile drivers license unit is also in Branford at the same location on the first Tuesday of each quarter. Suwannee Co. Property Appraiser
The property appraiser sends a representative to Branford during the months of January and February each year as a service to the south end of the county. They are here at the town hall on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of these months from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Click Here to Visit the Property Appraiser’s Website
Suwannee Sheriff’s Office
The Town of Branford is covered by the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Department. We are under contract and have deputies in town around the clock. If you need assistance from law enforcement they can be reached at 386-362-2222 or by calling 911 in case of an emergency. They do have an annex office here in town however, they do not have personnel there full-time. Branford Farmers Market
The Branford Farmers Market is held on Tuesday’s 10 am 4pm, across form Town Hall in the empty lot.
